I’m Dr. Kelly Martin Schuh and I have lived with herpes for 14 years and have learned how to live, love, and thrive with it. Now, 7 years after birthing Expression of Life Wellness Center in Boulder, CO, I am taking the knowledge I have gained in assisting women in their healing journey and making this available to women around the world.

I am releasing a book about healing naturally while living with herpes. This book also highlights my personal story and my journey of healing. I am currently collecting stories of women diagnosed with herpes and will use them as a teaching tool to inspire and empower others to heal.

We are shining a bright light on herpes, sparking conversation and eradicating the stigma of one of the most universal infections. Through a members only online multi-media platform, to be launched soon- we will offer you education, inspiration and a care plan to allow you to manage your symptoms naturally. The herpes virus effects at least 1 in 4 Americans and with a market characterized by misinformation, fear, stigma and drugs there aren’t many trusted places to turn to for a holistic perspective.

Through my groundbreaking book and personal memoir, come travel with me to a place that transcends darkness and fear to light and peace. You will learn to live, love and thrive with herpes. By taking a stance and stepping into your power, we will gift you a complimentary copy of the first chapter of my book, To be released this spring- when you submit a story to us! You will also receive an invitation to join our online multi-media platform in the spring. Alone, my story of inspiration can only go so far, but together, we can light up the world. The biggest obstacle we have in front of us is the stigma and myths that keeps us screaming in silence. We are all unique. But living with herpes together, we are better. Our time is NOW.
